Maybe you'd be interested to know that the BRAINs behind 2Unlimited are a bunch of Belgians. R&S is a Belgian label. So I would put Belgium i.s.o. The Netherlands for country of origin... OK the guy and the girl are Dutch... but they just give the music commercial value. Usually the instrumental versions are much nicer to listen to...

I readily agree on the instrumental part; the instrumental Orchestral Mix of "Get Ready For This" is MUCH more fun. The vocals on the vocal version aren't all that, regard- less of what Kid Ray and Anita would like us to think...

Anita's vocals -in my humble opinion- are what make the single "Get Ready For This" as good as it is. The catchy feel of the single would be lost without her vocal overlay. Now, Ray on the other hand I could do without. Anita, I would guess had some formal vocal training -either that or someone really knew what they were doing with a good effects box during the remix. Listen for the stretch on her high end (that's for all you voca-geeks out there who debate ranges!) Mike Walker, D.M.A.
