Comments for Di Meola, Al, Elegant Gypsy

This is Al`s second album as a leader following his work with Chick Corea and Return to Forever. Compared to Landof the Midnight Sun, Elegant Gypsy is quite polished, and it shows off both his electric and acoustic chops and senseof melodicism well. One of his all time great albums.
