Scenario is Al`s last album for Columbia and with one listen you will see why. Phil Collins appears on one track; big deal, plug a pop star. Overall it is a disappointing album, one thatI tend to forget Al had anything to do with. Make no mistake - this is not the real Di Meola. Only Cachaca and Scenario arememorable tunes. This album is Al`s launch into MIDI and synthesizers. Listen carefully to Jan Hammer and you will realize this is the genesis for Miami Vice. Move onto Al`s next albums, there is no meat here.
