Oh great, another EMF. Green Mind is the title of a Dinosaur Jr. album. Get a little originality.

This album sucks!

I think Dink is from Dayton, Ohio not the Netherlands. I also believe that they sound a lot like NIN since they are from the same area. I don't think they have anything to do with Dinosaur Jr. they don't even sound like them.

Good band for some techno-type stuff. A little on the weird side, but they surprise you. P.S.--if anyone has any lyrics for the band, please let me know. Daniel.C.Montiel.1@nd.edu

This is a great album, very similar to NIN...The Heroin Song rules! btw, the last track has a bunch of blank space at the end, so the whole album is less than 45 minutes ...unless my cd is defective...anyone else have this problem ?? email me about it.

Dink is indeed from Ohio. Also, the blank space at the end is just the leading of some hidden noise. Basically, it is just a bunch of samples from a women's volleyball game, where the announcer keeps saying "dink" (a kind of hit in volleyball). It is basically useless. Though, the album as a whole is great. Much harder than EMF, and has nothing to do with Dino Jr.

DINK IS ORIGINALLY FROM KENT EXCEPT FOR THE DRUMMER WHO IS INDEED FROM THE NETHERLANDS AND THEY ARE AN INCREDIBLE LIVE BAND WITH A SEMI-LISTENABLE DEBUT ALBUM.

What's this crap about NIN and being from the Netherlands! WAKE UP. This has to be one of the top 5 cds of 1994. They intentionally made this an abrasive, dark, adrenalin drawing cd with international appeal. Whoever said this cd is weird must also think that other groundbreaking, risk-taking, stick-to-thier-ideals bands (like Beck,butthole surfers, PWEI,morphine, etc) are also weird.I wouldn't get rid of this cd for $50. Please let me know if there's anything else by DINK or if they are ever coming to Massachusetts.

This Album is one of the best I've ever heard! I love it!

I had no idea what to expect when I got the album, but it rules!

This album kicks big booty. I am looking forward to their new album coming out really soon. I hope the second one is going to be as good as the first. The first is a classic album among my group of friends. -JJ

Half techno/half alternative group from the Netherlands. Loud guitars and interesting sampling make this suitable for home or dance club use. :)"Green Mind", "Get On It", and "Rocks" are particular favorites.
