Comments for Dion, Celine, Dion Chante Plamondon

I have to disagree with aaron@amisk.cs.ualberta.ca's comments. I think Celine's English albums are excellent and should not be dismissed so easily. An to say her French albums are better or that the songwriters for them are better is strictly a matter of opinion, and not a very objective one at that. I think that if you enjoy Colour of my love, her self-titled album, or Unison than you'll probably enjoy Dion chante. It offers many of the same qualities that her English albums have. As far as the lyrics on Dion Chante or any of her other French albums go I can't really say too much about them, probably because I don't speak French. But if you enjoy Celine's English albums you should enjoy this one, the fact that it's in French takes NOTHING away from my enjoyment of it. And yes, Je danse dans ma tete is a great song but there's so many other good tracks I don't think you can say that one is the best (I'll leave that up to you). The bottom line is if your a fan of Celine Dion's talent and very beautiful voice this album will not be a disappointment! Hope you enjoy it!

I have to agree that Céline's best albums are the ones she performs in French. Her English albums are overproduced and she doesn't take a lot of risks with them. My favorite on Dion Chante Plamondon is "Des Mots Qui Sonnent."

GET A LIFE AND AN ENRICO MACIAS ALBUM, SUCKERS.

I am convinced that Celine Dion`s Frenchalbums are, on the whole, better than anyof her English work; probably due to bettersongwriters. Luc Plamondon wrote all the songson this album(many of which, I am told, comefrom "Starmania"). "Je Danse Dans Ma Tête" isby far the best song on the album.
