I got to tell you, 6 years ago, when my son was about 9 years old, he did a lip sync and actions to 'Spaz Attack' for talent night at his grade school. While all the other little kids did their piano solos, ballet dancing, and singing, here's my kid acting the part of Nardo Polo, the greatest marble player that ever lived. He did the cracking of the whip exception- ally well. To say the least, the audience was spellbound. As I timidly looked around to check the reactions of the audience, their mouths hung open not, really comprehending exactly what they were hearing and seeing. I have a copy of the four track EP put out by Atlantic. It's got Ponderous, She, Spaz Attack, and Two out of Three. I absolutely love it but want more!!! Is there any way that I can get the other songs that you guys put out when you did the first tracks? One of the other websites said there was a full length album with nine tracks on it. Woefully no one in the known universe has a copy of it and there are actually websites selling used CD's begging for copies of it. You guys really rock, hope to hear of something new from you REAL soon!

2nu ME! I bought this CD when it first came out during my senior year in high school, and out of about 200 cds, it was without a doubt the one I listened to the most. We have a radio station here in Seattle (101.5) that does 80's music every weekday from noon to one, and again from eight to ten o'clock, and, along with "Amadeus" by Falco, Ponderous probably gets the most requests. Then disaster struck--all of my cds were stolen a couple of years ago. The loss I mourned the most was my irreplaceable 2NU cd... Mon dieu! 2nume2, eh! So one day I had this whole Ponderous song going through my head. The first and only time I'd heard it was in the messy basement apartment of my friend (who bore a striking resemblance to James Hetfield and abused that similarity whenever possible). Uh oh . . . It's long... Nardo - It's pretty neat that you still have so much support after so many years. I guess people never really forget something original, eh? After hearing so many bands that are copies or spinoffs of other bands, it's great to have something new. I guess I should say different since 1990 isn't the most recent thing in the world... Anyway, I've got a question for you Nardo: Have you seen the website http://137.229.114.149/~robertsc/music.html ?? It has all the music from your album plus your single available for download. It seems like that would break copyright laws, and I'd guess that you'd much prefer that people buy your music instead of downloading it. But then again, you've apparently been giving away tons of your music to people, so I guess you wouldn't be too touchy about that. Just to bias your answer to that second question a bit, I've taken advantage of that site and downloaded everything. BUT, I'd buy the album for full price if I could, so that makes up for it in my mind. Whatever. Good luck in your endeavors!
