You're right. It is availble on CD overseas. I was in London last summer & bought one. The title of the CD is now "A Fool Such As I." I guess they didn't want to confuse the title w/ his first album. It should be released here though - he is a U.S. artist. Sure, it's no "Highway 61" or "Blonde On Blonde" but people should have the opportunity to buy it if they want.

This album was released maliciously by Columbia records after Dylan switched record labels. These were the worst of the rejected traks from Self Portrait and New Morning, which weren`t exactly great albums anyway. Because Dylan returned to Columbia after his next record with the other label flopped, the album is not yet available on CD in the USA, but is available overseas under a different title. Little more than a curiosity, but it can grow on you after a while. Only buy this one after you have a lot of other Dylan stuff. By then, you`ll apreciate both this album`s good points, and just how great his other stuff really is.
