Comments for Dylan, Bob, Before The Flood

An absolutely ghastly live album. Even Dylan & The Dead is more enjoyable. Every song sounds canned and is pitched at the same uninteresting meduim pace, complete with passionless vocals. The only decent tracks are Bob's solo acoustic Just Like A Woman, Don't Think Twice, and It's Alright Ma. The Band tracks are nowhere near as strong as their otehr live work. A terrible dissapointment, and at the usual double album price, a horrible ripoff.

The version of "It''s Alright Ma" on this album is breathtakingly brilliant.Dylan and The Band in great form!

Dylan`s best live album - from the 1974 tour with the Band.Bob`s singing is intense & top notch. The Band is in great form.Tracks 1-6, 18-21 is Dylan & The Band. Tracks 7-11, 15-17is The Band only. Tracks 12-14 is Dylan solo. "Like ARolling Stone" is the top track.
