Comments for Dylan, Bob, Knocked Out LoadedE-MAIL: bigdogglen@aol.com Crap anyone? Brownsville girl is Beautiful (get it on greatest hits III), some of it is listenable (Maybe Someday, Driftin' to far from Shore, You Wanna Ramble) but far from good. Precious Memories, and They Killed him are absolutely terrible. Do not buy this! I repeat, do not buy this! It is worse than Self Portrait, worse than Dylan, worse than Down in the Groove, worse than anything. Even if you are a die hard fan, Brownsville Girl is on Greatest Hits III and that's all you want to here.E-MAIL: jcmart@maila.wm.edu this album is a waste of money, our time, bob''s time, and natural resources. Even Brownsville girl is barely listenable, and that''s only becuase it''s surrounded with such horrendous shit that if Bob had belched the alphabet into the microphone and released it as a song on this album, it would have been a pleasant change. Not very good. Poor songs and questionable arrangements. "They Killed Him" is horrible - ranks down there with "Wigwam" and "Wiggle Wiggle."One redeeming feature is the epic "Brownsville Girl." "Maybe Someday" also becomes a pretty good song after a disjointed beginning.Only for the Dylan completist. Better only than "Saved."NANCEEJANE@MSN.COM KNOCKED DOWN LOADED IS TERRIBLE EXCEPT "BROWNSVILLE GIRL" MY FAVORITE VERSE WHICH I FIRMLY BELIEVE, PEOPLE DON'T DO WHAT THEY BELIEVE IN, THEY JUST DO WHAT'S MOST CONVENIENT, THEN THEY REPENT.Comments supplied by users do not necessarily reflect the opinions of Roadkill Consulting, Inc. |
