Enya's first *known* album, including the hit "Orinoco Flow". The CD version has one extra track : a reprise of "Storms in Africa", in English.

Watermark contains two unbearable beautiful anthems that appear in the film L.A. Story. The track Exile is quite possibly the most achingly gorgeous piece of music in the world.

This is my personal favorite Enya album, with "The Celts" in second and "Shepherd Moons" in third. It has the easiest and most beautiful music of any of them to listen to, and for anyone like me, it has some incredible, come-from-out-of-the-blue bass on tracks like Watermark, Orinoco Flow, and The Long Ships. It is a definite must for anyone who likes this kind of music.

Every track seems perfect for a movie soundtrack. As an inspiring filmmaker, I would want her for my music. Haunting chants and beautiful love songs leave you remembering her music long after the last track.

Every time I see a movie preview with the song "Storms in Africa" I automatically want to see it. Perhaps it's because the song strikes a chord within oneself with its imagery and emotion. "Storms in Africa" is most definitely one of the loveliest songs on the CD and probably one of Enya's best works.

Itīs a great music for dreaming and listening. One of her best albums, maybe her best.

Is there anybody else who likes the "Watermark" song? No? However, I LOVE this piano solo track, so simple and soft

"Watermark" is my favorite song on the album. Only Enya and Co. can put so much emotion into a song with so few instruments and no lyrics!
