Comments for Erasure, Pop! - The First 20 Hits

Although Pop! is surely their best and most well-known album you almost feel like you're ripping Erasure off because you get so many great songs for your money. But, I'm still holding out that AM I RIGHT? is their best song (and darkest). People don't realize how deep Erasure is. (Oh, and by the way, anyone who wants to hear some real Erasure should get the CD-single Blue Savannah and listen to the song NO G.D.M. That's the big question... what does G.D.M. stand for? Well anyone who wants to discuss this issue just leave a message hear at Pop!

My two favorite songs off of this album are track 16: Chorus, and track 19: Breath of Life.

I love the CD, its a nice conglomeration of all their greatest hits. The Best songs are You Surround Me, Oh'Lamour, Chains of Love, Drama, Stop!, A little respect, Am I right, Breath of Life and Take a Chance on Me

I reckon that heavenly action is the best ! The video is a little strange, but hey, it's Andy (the best) Bell....

I do believe that Breath of Life is the best track on this album. Always the first i play when i get home at night.

Good album. It's too bad that most of their best songs were not hits.

I love this album. My personal favorite is, Chains of love, A little respect and Blue Savannah. They missed some other great song though.

Erasure. Pop! 20 Greatest Hits. A classic! When I bought the album 3 years ago, I listened to it for nearly 3 months off and on. It's definitely their best.

My favorite song out of the Pop! album would be Chains of Love. Although the other songs, like Chorus and A Little Respect are awesome, Chains of Love reminds of me of what Erasure is all about.

This is the greatest album, it's one of those that you can listen to the entire thing and like every song. Go buy it now!!!

I think,that this album is very good , although it can't be compared with "erasure", "wild" & ''I Say I say I say". My favourit is " You Surround Me"

Pop and I Say I Say I Say are the best albums I have ever owned. Vince Clarke and Andy Bell could have written the story of my life with their songs. I am an Erasure fan until I die. "Love to Hate You" kicks ass. There are quite a few people in my life that I have been in love with that deserve to hear that song for all of the times that they hurt me and broke my heart. "Am I Right" is the question everyone asks. "Oh L'amour" is the first Erasure song I ever heard. These songs helped and still help me get through the tough stuff in my life. R.L.Oaks

I was lucky enough to see Erasure in concert (memorial day '97). Folks if you EVER get the chance buy a ticket it is so worth it. I bought POP right after.

Pop! How could you live without this album!!! Any die hard fan of Erasure simply must have this compilation. The bonus track ''Who Needs Love Like That (Hamburg Mix)'' is so much bouncier than the original.
