Comments for FUGAZI, Fugazi

It's grim and poetic and doesn't sound like the earlier Fugazi at all. I love this album. The band proves that it's still capable of delivering the highest quality punk, even after the disaster that is Steady Diet of Nothing.

KillTaker is a great album, if you have the patience to sit through the difficult middle chunk of mellow intrumentals, slow tunes, and feed back, and if you consider Last Chance to be a really good closer. It has really some really fine moments, but it simply pales in comparison to the intense grooves that make up Steady Diet.

This is one of my favorite fugazi albums, although it is not very innovative in style, i like how the songs complement each other and seem to almost run together, especially rend it- 23 beats off and sweet and low, this album takes many listens before you can fully appriciate it. The fast songs make you want to get up and move.
