This is the worst album MF ever did! He sounds terrible and the band is out of tune and very sloppy. The liner notes are bizarre as well. This LP should be banned from the Earth!

I rather liked this album.True it sounds distorted at first listen,but after a few times it grows on you and you even find yourself humming parts of it IT''S like the twilight zone where there is infusion of sound and melody,sort of Kentonesque.It probably was meant to be progressive jazz,and you know what? IT IS.Maynard does a fine ending on Alfie with valves partially down,and even growls like a cheetah on Meet a Cheetah.

Maynard`s the man.
