Comments for Fields of the Nephilim, Elizium

This is my favorite Nephilim CD. I have played it maybe 100 times, and it never gets old. This CD is dark and moody, yet pretty. It flows seemlessly from song to song creating deep rich atmosphere that is church for the churchless, and comfort for those whose world is grey.

This album is a real stunner. The best fucking album since Sisters Of Mercy´s "First and Last and Always". I sugest you check out the new album from Carl McCoy called The Nefilim "Zoon". It´s a little bit heavier then "Elizium" but still very good.

elizium holds true to the psychoviking themes previously achieved by this band... the opus of their project. lyrically draws from shamanistic and psychedillic sources... musically achieves the perfect complimentary soundtrack this is the notorious climaxing album.
