Comments for America, Horse With No Name

For those of you who do not have this, there are two disc included, one is the video CD (it can be played on a lot of the newer DVD machines coming out, just check to MAKE SURE the machine will play Video CDs), (or on most computer CD-ROM), plus a seperate audio CD version of the same exact songs. I agree, it gives a harder, more serious rock sound, which makes it the best version of "A Horse With No Name" I''ve heard since the original. Excellent. I''ve been waiting on THIS live album FOR YEARS. A MUST for fans of their early work...you won''t be disappointed.

Recorded in a German TV studio in 1975, this is America’s BEST live record and the only one with all three original members. This album has a classic rock sound to it, as America made more use of electric guitars during their live shows. Best songs are Ventura Highway, Moon Song, Tin Man, California Revisited, and Green Monkey. Includes both a video and audio CD. Highly recommended!
Recorded live in a German TV studio in 1975. Includes botha video and audio CD. This is their best live record! Itis the only live album with all three original members. Has a harder rock sound than most of their studio work. Agreat example of their live work during their peak!

After watching America's Musikladen DVD, I was hooked. This early recording showed their raw , unplugged talents & also the rapor they had among them. Wish they had more dvd concerts or tapings I could buy. I'd like to see them sing Muskrat Love & Sister Goldern Hair live.Love the guys!
