Comments for Flaming Lips, The, Clouds Taste Metallic

This album is great, although not a great as priest driven ambulance (but what is?) The Flaming Lips just keep getting better and better.

try going for a drive in your car on a nice warm day with the windows down and clouds taste metallic in the tape player

Really interesting album...these guys are cool for so many reasons,..I think their best stuff has been their major label releases, and this line-up is musically the strongest. If they keep making them like this,I'll keep buying!

To Janitor 333 - I''m not sure I understand. If Clouds Taste Metallic is not as good as Priest Driven Ambulance, how can you say they keep getting better.

Described by the band as "fruity". Its just that with several gems, but not the intensity of some of their recent albums. Somewhat of a departure, more straight forward, but none the less a pleasure to listen to.
