Comments for Foo Fighters, Foo Fighters

Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl plays all of the instruments on the new album, except lead guitar on X-static.

All of the work was done by Dave Grohl, the other musicians featured in the album are used for live performances.

It's great to see Dave,Krist and Pat forming new bands. It's a great release album for Foo Foghters, but I have been expecxting for something more like Nirvana, altough I knew I was hoping for much...

Foo Fighters are the best new grunge band to hit the music scene! They have a hard grunge sound while having a softer rock tone to them. Foo Fighters is #1 in my music collection!

I think that this band is great! All the music sound good and is entertaining enough to buy (hey, i did!) The music is easy enough (and fun) to play on my own which makes it a better album for me. All I hafta say is GOOD JOB Dave Grohl

Buy this album. It rocks. Dave Grohl is far more talented than I thought. The best song is "X - static". Kurt lives forever.

This is the best album of the world. But I think that Dave Grohl is to cool on the album. He's more nervous on the scene.

FooFighters are great live, but the record doesn't hold up well to repeated listenings. Greg Duli from the Afghan Wigs, who played with Dave on the Back Beat Soundtrack, played guitar on X-Static. Kurt Cobain IS dead, grunge is a style of clothes, and Nashville has the best music scene that no one has heard of. Any Questions?

This is just the perfect first-cd, I love it, I also have a great bootleg of them from the lowlands and reading performances, greetings JORG.

this cd has released a lot of singles. It would be almost impossible to track down all the b-sides.

jeff robinson of Acton MA @(508)263-8851 and Mike Williams also of Acton Have a clan against Foo Fighters. They are trying to get Rush back in style!

One of the best albums of the 90's. Dave Grohl proves that he has more talent then people gave him credit for. Pat Smear has always brought good things with him to add to anyone's projects. I can't wait for the next album.

Even though I learned how to play the bass from listening to Krist on Nirvana records, I was not a big fan. Mike Watt has helped me achieve full bass superiority now! Back to Foo Fighters, this album is probably the best thing Dave will ever do with this group, it's way better than The Colour and the Shape, with goes to show that Dave would have been better going the Matthew Sweet route in the long run, the foos change band members about every 6 months anyway. But besides all that, this album is damn good. Now i'm learning some guitar from listening to this, HAHA!
E-MAIL: faraq@webtv.net
the above listener is a loser and APARENTLY drunk. This album is awesome and so is "the colour and the shape" which is even better. they have definitely growand i must ask myself where are ther fans now??????? because the new record completely blows this one away

Ex-Nirvana drummer Dave Grohl wrote all tracks and is lead guitarist and vocalist for The Foo Fighters.
