Comments for Gatton, Danny, Relentless

It`s hard to categorize Danny, except to say he is among the handfulof truly legendary guitar players that has ever lived. He is no doubtlesser-known than most, but his talent cannot be denied. He waslabeled many times by various magazines as the "World`s Greatest UnknownGuitarist", and unfortunatley, he never achieved fame or respect fromthe "Music Business", and took his own life 10/94. He had a large fanbase and the respect of every musician who ever played with or heardhim play, but record companies couldn`t put a label on him, and thus,his albums didn`t sell enough for them to care about him. He was amaster of many styles: jazz, blues, bluegrass, rock, classical, etc..and could change it up so fast your ears would spin. He truly wasone of the best, I suggest you try to get your hands on all of his discs,many of which are very hard to come by.

Listening to these two masters of their axes is like watching the olympics. Absolutely the finest, both of them.
