Comments for Grateful Dead, Infared RosesE-MAIL: birkemn@visi.com This album will take you through time and space. Possibly the Deads best album.E-MAIL: charles.carlino@prudential.com Guys...but drums/space was intended to be heard within the'' context of a Dead show... not by itself. It''s not easy to'' sit and listen to the entire CD of Infrared. Taken in individual ''suite'' segments, which is the way it''s set up, yes, but as a whole, no. I think this was basically a project for Bralove to blow his wad on....Not bad, but not fantastic. A collage of the Grateful Dead`s drums and space segments. The last track is with Branford Marsalis and recorded at Nassau Coliseum, Uniondale, NY, March 29, 1990.Not for the underadventurous. If you are not a Deadhead, or learning about their music, don`t choose this one.Comments supplied by users do not necessarily reflect the opinions of Roadkill Consulting, Inc. |
