It`s a largely acoustic album, in which Harris is backed by The Nash Ramblers (Sam Bush, Jon Randall Stewart, Al Perkins, Larry Atamanuik, Roy Huskey Jr). Harris had been warned by her physician that having to be heard over the roar of electric guitars was straining her voice.
