Comments for Human League, The, Greatest Hits (95)

Not quite satisfying as an update - Heart Like A Wheel is missing, although it reached No 19, and the Snap remix of Don't You Want Me is utterly redundant. The Red Jerry Mix was clearly the better one, so Virgin should have included this one. I don't really like Paul Morley's notes either. Apart from these faults, it's still a gem!

The only faults with this album are.... 1. Why the Snap remix of "Don''t You Want Me"? The Red Jerry mix was better (but not as good as the original). 2. Why were the tracks "Heart Like A Wheel" and "Soundtrack To A Generation" not included? I know the album, "Romantic?" bombed, but many people love these tracks. 3. Why no "One Man..." or "Filling Up With Heaven"? Apart from that, excellent stuff from an underrated group.

The updated Greatest Hits album, more tracks than the first,a new black cover. A change of order in the tracks, overallan even better album, but why did Virgin put the remix versionof Don`t You Want Me on it? The Human League did not like thistrack...
