Comments for Iron Maiden, Iron Maiden

This album seems to be the "red-headed step-child" of all Iron Maiden's albums. It has never received proper reckog- nition in my opinion. Remember Tomorrow was sheer genius. An all-time favorite tune. This album can stand with the best of them, both then and now!

From Spain! Yeah, Remember Tomorrow is great, but I really prefer Sanctuary. Which version do you think is better, Di Anno's or Dickinson's one? I prefer Dickinson's

this and 'killers' are easily the best maiden cd's...'number of the beast' a close third...paul d'ianno rules...punk attitude and new metal attack set the standard

Not their best one (my favorite one is "Powerslave") but the best vocalist which Iron Maiden ever had.

DiAnno''s "sanctuary" is better, but the best song is "Prowler" by far. Why this wasn''t on "best of the beast" and "Wasted Years" was is anybody''s guess. Maiden rules!
This is the album after the "Soundhouse Tapes". This is therefist international release.Paul Dianno rips on lead vocals. I think he was better thanDick-doodles any day. But he only lasted for two albums. This album is one of the best. There basically a bunch of kids from East London a dream trip. Very fresh, clean, balls out metal.Certainly a classic.
