Comments for Jarre, Jean Michel, Les Chants Magnétiques

On this album JMJ changes gear a bit, adding upbeat tunes (notably his world famous Part 2), and some "found" sounds. It has less abstract feel than previous two (especially Oxygene), though it is not an outright attempt to break in to charts. This one and Equinox are the best of his early period, IMO.

The best album of JM Jarre I've never heard... And I've got all! Buy it, and quick if possible! Excuse me for my poor english, but you know, in France... And a little world about Jarre in general: it's the best musician who has never exist. It's simply the best.
