Kiss Alive II was given to me for Chsistmas of ''96. At first I didn''t really listen to it at all. Big Mistake! When I first heard "Detroit Rock City", I couldn''t believe the difference between this Live version, and the older one on The "Destroyer" album. The rest of the album is great, if like thier older-type music rather than the more recent albums (Count me in!!!) I recomend listening to the second disc, the last 5 songs are not Live, but are still good. Sent by: Kelson
Multi-million seller world-wide. 3 sides live, the 4th sideall new studio cuts. There is a huge guitar solo by Ace on"Shock Me" & a real huge drum solo from Peter Criss on"God of Thunder". The original album came with a color bookletdocumenting a photo coullage of 4 successful years of KISS!

IMO, does not pack the gusto of Alive (the greatest live album inthe history of hard rock). Still has some shining moments: Detroit Rock City, King of the Night Time World, Shock Me, and Rocket Ride.
