E-MAIL: cecilia_sun@sdm.buffalo.edu
Leslie Spit Treeo made their film debut in 1989, performing a live version of "The Sound" in Bruce McDonald''s award-winning cult film Road Kill.
This is the first album by the Leslie Spit Treeo, a group fromToronto, Ontario. They started out busking on the streets of Toronto, and took their name from the Leslie Spit, a local landmark. The coremembers of the Treeo are Laura Hubert (lead vocals), Pat Langner(electric lead and vocals), and Jack Nicholsen (acoustic rhythm). Theirsound is guitars and vocals based.

HELP I played a cover of the LST's cover of John Prine's Angel From Montgomery in a band in the mid 80's. Some of my friends have never heard this kickin version and I have been unable to find/download/borrow a copy anywhere. Would love to hear from anyone who has this great album to see if I could get at least a copy of that tune.
