This was their first major label debut. ''Strategy'' was never released until Polydor released ''The Early Tapes''. Only six copies of ''Strategy'' were pressed. ''Level 42'' is a great sounding album. It really holds up well considering it was recorded in 1981. **** 4 stars (out of 4 stars).
