There was controversy over this compilation album because neither Level 42 or their manager Paul Crockford were notified or aware that Polydor made this album. That is, it was produced without their knowledge of it.

This album is also available out of Europe on Spektrum/ Karussell Ltd., catalog # 5500102. The band''s management asked fans to boycott purchasing the album. It was put together without the band''s prior knowledge and thus without prior consent, after the band had left Polydor. It features old photographs (the first incarnation of Level 42) only, and has some inaccuracies in the insert booklet. However, this is probably the easiest place for collectors to find the live version of Physical Presence and the instrumental version of Coup D''Etat, both of which appeared on CDVs and are thus somewhat difficult to locate. Also features two tracks from The Early Tapes: Love Meeting Love and (Flying On The) Wings Of Love. Don''t Spend more than $15 for this.
