First album of the best and most famous Dutch protest singer. This is the only real protest album he made. After this album (and some singles) he changed his style (which is here pure protest) towards softer, flower power. The eight albums he made later all contained songs about softdrugs and became his trademark). Armand is the french for Herman which is his official name (Herman van Loenhout). Armand came from Eindhoven, the city that gave several pioneers of Dutch-language popsongs as Peter Koelewijn and Bots. The first song of this album "Ben ik te min" was his greatest hit.
