Comments for Megadeth, Peace Sells

I think this is the 2nd best, behind RIP. Peace Sells is a metal classic, and Black Friday is one of their fastest and hardest.

Peace Sells is a Megadeth classic. The title tracks remains one of the most beloved Megadeth songs. It is a rallying cry for any headbanger. The rest of the songs have little to offer lyrically, but are very invigorating musically.

As brutal as "KMB" but a bit more intelligent. Some of the songs begin to border on social commentary. A few are even considered metal classics, but the majority is fairly mindless trite. Still quite entertaining.

Actually Chris Poland is from Damn The Machine not Rage Against The Machine. This album is far better than the debut or the So Far... that followed it, with classics such as "Last words", "The Conjuring", "Peace Sells" and "Black Friday".

This is a great cd. The only good cd Megadeth put out in the 80''s unlike there other stuff this album didn''t soundy sloppy and DIDN''T have the "lets play as fast as we can so ever song sounds the same and has no beat or melady crap" this album kicks ass.
This release truly showed the greatness yet to come. I was not until Countdown To Extinction that Megadeth matched the excellence of this one. Peace Sells should qualify as on of the all-time great metal anthems. This line includes Chris Poland (from Rage Against The Machine) on lead guitar. This album is better than Metallica`s Master of Puppets which was released the same year and received all of the attention this album should have.
