Comments for Art of Noise, Below the Waste

After being an A.O.N. fan since Into Battle this album proved to be my first and only disappointment. Too middle of the road by far. Tim Laver 10.2.95

I didn't find it middle of the road. Some tracks are fantastic e.g. Dan Dare and Finale, not to mention Island, but others I found very repetitive such as Yebo. Apparently, this was released as a single in 1989 but I can't get hold of it. Can anyone help?

I would present this as the Art of Noise's best album. It is by far the most polished disc they made. True, it does not display the innovative technology which made them so exciting, but it does show off their true musical ability. The James Bond Theme (track 13) is a masterpiece!

I would like to get a license to use "Back To Back", which is on "Belwo The Waste" for a dance piece. Does anyone know the location and or number for the label China/Polydor? Thanks for the help. LD
