Great album.This really is oral medication for tired minds!!! Picture this, you go to a club and dance the night away you then go home - put moodswings on skin up and relax to the max.

I listen to this album when I am feeling down. It brings me right back up. I listen to this album when I need to relax. It makes me relax, and get that high-on-life feeling. This is musical honey.

This is one of the coolest albums of all time! Stay up till about 4 AM, put on your best pair of headphones, put this CD in the player, and close your eyes. It is a sonic experience...

I have yet to meet a person who does not like this album. Whenever I play it, someone always wanders in and asks "who is that..?" This is great ambient music, very rich, very textured, and very well-produced. Near the beginning it switches from slower ambient to more hard-hitting dance arrangements, and then mellows out towards the end to a very sonically soothing finish. Buy this album, put it on, crank up the volume, close your eyes, and dream.

Incredible music for any person on any occasion. This album has put me out of so many blue spots that I eventually lost count. P.S.: The European Release has a different track listing from the version described above. It also contains one extra track (Wombtones) as well as a reprise version of "Spiritual High". I have yet to meet someone who doesn't think this album is wonderful.

Moodswings "Moodfood" is one of my absolute favorites. The dynamic ambience that the album delivers soothes my soul everytime I listen to it. Great music for whatever mood you are in as well as uplifting for the soul. I''ve been trying to find the lyrics to "Spiritual High (PartI)" featuring Chrissie Hynde. What else can I say? I''ll always have this CD no matter where I am in life.

Moodswings Moodfood is one of my all-time favorite albums. I wish these artists had/would release more music. I love ambient type music, but there is a vast difference between run of the mill and special ambient music. Moodfood is special. Only a few other albums come close. I am always looking for others to add to my collection. Any suggestions?

A wonderful album. I have both the UK and US versions and they're both great, I love the extended version of Throw Off The Shackles on the US album, and the reprise of Spiritual High at the end of the UK edition. My advice: whatever version you can get hold of, BUY IT!
