If you wanted an album that showed you how utterly pointless it is being young and living in the North of England, this is it. This, like the rest of this band''s output, is sometimes surprisingly catchy, stunningly barren in its sound, and completely thought provoking in content. If some of the twits from the Genesis entries could listen to these records, they would have to admit that New Model Army were ''really quieyt nice.''
