Comments for New Order, (the best of) New Order [U.S. release]

This U.S. release is recognizable by the lighter blue color of the "oil-drop question mark" (perhaps, symbolizing their end??).Highlight of this release over the UK release is the re-workingof "1963" by Arthur Baker, who, in 1983, collaborated with them on "Confusion". It is an absolutely beautiful version!
