Comments for Nine Inch Nails, pretty hate machine

A really good album: NIN's best, in my opinion. I can listen to this one for hours on end and never get bored with it.

Great album - "Something I Can Never Have" brings a tear to many a person's eyes!

Not the best album made by NIN, but it's worth it. Broken is much better.

I believe this is his best album yet. The feeling he contributes to his music is a perfect replica for the lives of many people. "Something I Can Never Have" relates to anyone that has fallen in love with someone that does not even know you exist. So true. Trent Reznor is expressing the feelings of us all.

I heard somewhere much of the lyrics on this album were drawn from one of Reznor's past relationships....good much to listen to while depressed about a breakup

In this album unlike any of his others, Trent espresses his true emotions.

"Something I Can Never Have" is still one of the best songs there is. That song will never get played out.

Don't you think halo 13 should be "Prettier Hate Machine"? I've always loved "Pretty HM", but another album in that kind of style would be great to hear.

This is my favorite album. then quake/downward spiral/broken can''t wait for the next two at the moment called the fragile. Did anyone know the the first demo for down in it(according to trent) was a complete rip off of dig it by skinny puppy? Skinny puppy is just as good as Nin my values for these two artists are equal. If you want to get in to s. puppy, the best ones to start out with are remission and the 12" anthol ogy. Anyone who likes halo 2 will love skinny puppy(one of trent''s favorites as well)

Everything on this CD is great. head like a hole and down in it are worth paying for the CD alone.Some CDs are way too short, but not this one.
