Comments for Reich, Steve, Octet - Music for a large ensemble - Violin phase

I''m not mad on Violin Phase but Octet is wonderful and an excellent companion piece to Music For 18 Musicians. The more I think about Violin Phase the more I wonder why it''s on the same disc as the other two pieces.
