Comments for Rolling Stones, Stripped

Itīs a funny album, but itīs not really a great album

The idea was to perform some of their lesser-played songs in a semi-acoustic setting. Its a good idea and we get many good songs like Wild Horses, Dead Flowers and Let It Bleed. But it leaves you wanting more. I wanted them to go deeper into their catalouge and do such long forgotten tunes as Backstreet Girl or Salt of the Earth or Jiving Sister Fanny. Maybe they should release Stripped Part II.

This album has some good songs but you get the feeling that the Stones could have made this album better... for die-hards only
This album, produced by Don Was and the Glimmer Twins, is a live compilation of some of the Stones more intimate songsperformed at the Paradiso Club in Amsterdam, The Olympia Theatre in Paris and rehearsals in Tokyo and Lisbon. TheCompact Disc version of this album contains Interactive Material for Mac and Quicktime for Windows users.
