Comments for Rundgren, Todd, A Cappella

The first 5 songs justify the whole project. They work together as a concept much more interestingly than "Faithful" or "No World Order." "Pretending to Care" and "Lost Horizon" are simply two of the most beautiful songs ever written by Todd. Lost Horizon also shows that either Daryl Hall copied Todd's vocal style or vice versa.

Another fine lp from Todd! This is a must have for anyone''s collection who is even remotely into Todd/Utopia. Lyrically outstanding as well as containing some of the most beautiful songs ever written by the Wizard. Favourite tracks include Pretending to Care, Lost Horizon, Something to Fall Back on, Honest Work and Mighty Love. If you are not a Todd fan, I urge you to start getting to know Todd''s ballads and love songs. You won''t be sorry.
