Comments for Savatage, Edge Of Thorns

Criss Oliva's last album and what a masterpiece it is. Criss knew how to play the guitar and make music without all the hype. Having him make music for 10 years was the greatest gift ever. From the Sirens CD right up to this one, he never failed his fans. Whether he played with Zach Stevens, Johnny Lee Middleton, and Steve Wachholz or Jon Oliva, Keith Collins, Chris Caffery and Steve, this man knew how to make music. He will be missed by all and in his memory, may Savatage continue on. Truly, he was one of the greatest guitarists to be put on this Earth. "I'll be right there, I'll never leave And all I ask is you belive"

This is a real rad album...each and every song is a masterpiece. It was this album which got me hooked on to Savatage. I think it rocks and it rocks hard and kicks some solid a**. This a 'Must Have' Album.. Gooooo Buyyy ITT NOOW!!!

No - sorry, this isn''t the music from Savatage which I prefer. IMO the elder albums are much better.
