Comments for Banks, Tony, Soundtracks

The music is good, in general. Personally, I like the music from "Quicksilver" better than the stuff from "Lorca and The Outlaws." Your mileage may vary.

The music is a little more mainstream than typical Tony Banks ... Track 9 is an instrumental equivalent of "Queen of Darkness," from "Bankstatement".

The outstanding track on this album is ''Lion Of Symmetry'' co-written and sung by Toyah Willcox. Superb words, superb vocals. Banks provides an atmospheric hypnotising sound that perfectly blends with the intensity of the lyrics. The rest of the album is quite good as well, but hardly lives up to this brilliant masterpiece.

Very difficult to obtain in the US. You may have to get an import copy.
