Comments for Scorpions, Lonesome Crow

Lonesome Crow is one of the most influential albums that I have listened to (being a bassist). It's beyond brilliant. The title track and action are incredable.

All's I can say is this was back when the Scorpions were still good. Songs like "I'm Going Mad" and "Leave Me" sound nothing like the modern day poseur pop Scorps you hear today. My apologies to fans of the new (and old?) Scorps.

I like this stuff! But I think DOOM style is little better! Sincerelly Jabba Hut the Harkonnen.

This album is one of there best rock album. The music that they did back then is nothing compared to now. I better go cause " I'm going mad, i'm going mad, i'm going mad hhhhhaaaaa!!!!!

It's great Michael Schenker with the best bassist and drummer the Scorps have ever had. AWESOME!! I have nothing more to add. Tom Orgad

This is where it all began. Definitely Sabbath-influenced. With some jazzy overtones and blusey riffs, Lonesome Crow won't appeal to your average Scorps listener. This is the darkest, slowest, and most original album they ever did. Look at the difference between this and Fly To the Rainbow. Thank God for Uli Roth!

It''s my favourite one because of the different style they play compared to their next albums. Also,it''s the most difficult album to find!!!
The debut album of the Scorpions with some interesting stuff.I like this album even more than their 80`ties stuff, because of the experimental level of this album. Just listento Lonesome Crow, In Search .. and I`m goin mad.

A ground-breaking hard rock album! This ablum take the listener on a journey far away. Brilliant lead guitar work by the then 16 year old Micheal Shenker. A must for guitarists and band members alike. A lesson in creativity and immagination. Dave E.
This is truly a classic.Micheal Schenker is definetly one of the greatest guitarists ever.
