Comments for Simon, Carly, Film Noir

I have always enjoyed Carly''s music in part because of her wide range of singing styles. However, when I first heard "My Romance", her voice moved me incredibly. Carly gave me an appreciation of a different type of music I never thought I liked. And then came "Film Noir"!!! I played this album for all my friends and they too at first thought they did not like this type of music. I kept it playing and soon enough, all my friends bought this c.d.!!I feel Carly''s voice is showcased beautifully! It melts me when she sings like this. I only hope that in the future Carly will do a cd in this style where she writes all the songs because her ability to write music and lyrics is legendary as it moves like no other artist! t

Carly`s first Enhanced CD contains several memorable tracks, including "Ev`ry Time We SayGoodbye" and "Film Noir", the lone original song on the album. Produced by the great JimmyWebb, this is a nice effort. I enjoy it on a warm winter night with a fire blazing.
