Comments for Simple Minds, Once Upon A Time

Sometimes a band puts out a recording which transcends the boundaries of categorization. I am not necessarily a Simple Minds fan, but "Once Upon A Time" is a favorite album of mine. When I first heard it, a feeling of elation came over me to realize that here was music I could relate to on an emotional and intellectual level. Sounds fantastic, also! The classic cut "Alive and Kicking" is one of the best songs I've ever heard.

Alive and Kicking rules! It's easily one of my favorite songs and probably the best song Simple Minds sing. Get this album for Alive and Kicking if not for Sanctify Yourself and All the Things She Said. Simple Minds rocks!

The order of tracks is totally wrong. I can`t be assed to rewrite them, so just buy the album - it is the best rock album ever made, meaning there are no shit tracks.
