Actually to set the record straight it's the guitarist/singer David Sardy, he also produced Cop Shoot Cops newest album release. Gimmick provides some of the most solidly put together music I've ever heard, noisy, driven and psychotic. Sardy is a lyrical genious abd it is a damn shame that they haven't been reckognized for their work

Quite possibly the only alternative band around. These guysare on the fringe between music and noise. At times funkybass and ripping guitars to completely unorganized music making.The vocalist/bassist loves to sing stream of conciousness.If you want something different and see it in a bargain bin,check it out cause you`ll never hear these guys on the radio.How they signed to Warner is a mystery to me. Personally, Ithink they are amazing, but to each his own, right?
