Scream for `Reign In Blood` all you want, but Slayer proves again, as with `South of Heaven,` that they really shine when they slow things down slightly. `Diabolus` is their best since `South,` showing greater diversity than past efforts (with vocal effects and even the occassional nod to hip-hop through razor sharp beats and relentless vocal delivery). A few fans of the unceasing speed of `Reign` and `Divine Intervention` might be disappointed. * songs are bonus tracks on the Japanese version.

When I first listen to Slayer,I thought that the guitar riffs kicked alot of heavy metal ass,plus the lyrics were evil enough to enjoy!
