An icon of reality in a sea of pop music bullshit. A definite must have for people looking for soulful rock without a lot of big hair and makeup.

for everyone's information, the hidden track on the album's called candycorn (and this is/should be valid b/c i found out from sponge's original drummer, jimmy paluzzi).

I found Sponge to be refreshing - their style and sound is uttely unique with a bright sound to it They need not be underestimated - I thought "Drown" was a kickass song... They don't promote enough - like many good bands that are out there roght now... Sponge is merely just one more to add to the list atop Dream Theater...

This is the best album there is...Anyone who makes fun of Sponge has no musical taste....

It`s easy to write these guys off as a made for MTVband that is trying lap up the remaining grungegravy (sp), but I feel they have a unique sound thatshows promise (2.5/4).
