Comments for Springfield, Rick, Living In Oz

I have been listening to Rick since the early 80's. I sang along with his songs all through junior and senior high school. He's a gorgeous man and a totally underrated singer. I wish he would do some touring in Canada. I love the title track and "Me and Johnny".

I think Motel Eyes from the Living in Oz LP is the greatest on the album. I love the sound, the lyrics, and everything about it. You know, Ive heard him say in an interview that all of his songs are like true to life, so I wonder who it was that inspired him to write such an awesome song. Who was she? I guess we'll never know. I truly think "Living in Oz" is GREAT!!! The acoustics and guitar truly give it it''s own unique sound. And "Motel Eyes" will get to me every time!!!! Out of all of his music I think this is hardest rock album AND I LOVE IT AND HIM TO DEATH!!
