A brilliant album. Despite all of the sh*t they took for the whole Beatles comparison and all of the hype surrounding them at the time of this debut record, the music stood up just fine. Solid songs, great harmonies and hooks big enough to reel in Moby Dick. This is pull the top down, cruise around and have a good time music. After all, isn''t that what rock n''roll is supposed to be anyway? One of the greatest debut records of all time.
